I really enjoy capturing the sense of celebration in a layout. How do you capture celebration in your layouts?
For this page, I put my scallop punch to work to create layered pennants. I also used some pink Tumble Dye with some gold embossing powder to create "fireworks". It was a pretty fun technique, I sprayed the Tumble Dye directly on the paper and then applied gold embossing powder and heated it up. It gives it that sparkly firework look, perfect for celebration photos.
